15 Minute HIIT Home Workout

One of my viewers requested this home workout and here it is! This is a HIIT (high intensity interval training) full body workout. HIIT is great for burning fat and all you need is 10-15 minutes WOW.

Incorporating HIIT in your workout routine 2-3 times a week is ideal no more than that or you’ll burn yourself out.

2 – 3 Rounds Total

30 seconds jump squats
30 seconds – 1 min rest
30 seconds push ups
30 seconds – 1 min rest
30 seconds jump split squats
30 seconds – 1 min rest
30 seconds run in place
30 seconds – 1 min rest
30 second burpees


  1. Make sure your nutrition is on point or you won’t see results. You can’t out train a bad diet. Follow me on Snapchat and Instagram stories for meal-prep ideas and what I eat.
  2. Make sure you get proper sleep. Sleep is very important to balance your hormones and help the body repair.
  3. Make sure you are managing stress. Too much stress can prevent you from loosing body fat and damage your health.
