Going outside is a great way to get your Vitamin D which the body can’t produce but it is essential for our health. Also just exercising boosts the immune system. 1. Run stairs 1 minute
2. Stair Kick backs 1 minute
3. Push ups 30 seconds
4. Squat Jumps 30 seconds
5. Straight Leg Raises 30 seconds
Make sure to take water and stay hydrated while you are working out. You can do this workout 2-3 times a week don’t go over board and try to do it every day because then you will be counter productive.
