Tasty easy vegan spaghetti recipe that’s oil free, healthy, and great for beginners. Full vegan recipe details are below.

This is a great recipe if you are just starting to eat vegan. It’s tasty, healthy, and great for weight loss. Eating whole food plant based foods like this is the best way to be healthy, loose weight, and keep it off.

Full Recipe

Water
Whole Grain Whole Wheat Pasta
Tomato
Onion
Mushrooms
Engine 2 Tomato Pasta Sauce
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Pepper
Sari Foods Nutritional Yeast (whole food cheese substitute) on Amazon here.

First bring water to boil in a pan. Once it’s boiling put pasta in pan with a little bit of garlic and onion powder (look at instructions on box to see how long to cook the pasta). Cut veggies and in a separate non stick pan that’s hot place veggies (no oil needed). Season with garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper. Stir and cover. When veggies are soft and cooked through put in pasta sauce stir and cover at medium heat. Once pasta sauce is boiling then turn off. Drain pasta once it’s soft and cooked through, put on a plate and then put pasta sauce on top. Sprinkle nutritional yeast on top for added flavor.

FULL RECIPE

2/3 Cup Water

1/4 Cup dry oats – I get mine here

1 tbs Peanut butter or favorite nut butter that contains no salt, sugar or oil.

Unsweetened Non-dairy milk

3 tbs Hemp Seeds- Available to get here

1 tbs Flax Seeds – Available to get here

Walnuts – Available to get some here

Favorite Fruit- Berries are great because they are high in antioxidants.

Date Sugar – You can get here

Bring water to boil. Then add oats and cook for 5-7 minutes. Add peanut butter to bowl and stir in oats. Add hemp seeds and milk to bowl and stir. Then add flax seeds, nuts, berries and sprinkle sugar. You can also add other favorite healthy toppings like unsweetened coconut flakes, cinnamon, or raw cacao powder. Mix and enjoy!

Outdoor Workout Without Equipment

Make sure to take water and stay hydrated while you are working out. You can do this workout 2-3 times a week don’t go over board and try to do it every day because then you will be counter productive.

Meal Prep Idea

Alright so you guys have probably heard of meal prepping but you might think it’s a lot of work. That’s what I thought at first until I tried it. Now I meal prep every week! yes it’s actually easier than trying to figure out what to buy everyday for lunch or cooking everyday if you don’t like eating out all the time, like me. Plus you save a lot of money and time which are two things that we care about a lot. Check out my video to get started on meal prepping and see that it’s not hard at all and you get to eat a delicious meal (no chicken and rice or yucky bland turkey). FULL RECIPE AND ITEMS NEEDED

4 6oz Pork Chops – from local store look for antibiotic and hormone free! I also rinse with water and pat dry before seasoning

2 sweet potatoes – from local store try to get organic also rinse before cutting

Brussels sprouts – from local store and rinse before cutting

Red onion – from local store

Pink Himalayan salt – get here or your local store

Favorite seasoning – I use the Simply Organics Adobo Seasoning from Whole Foods

Cooking Oil – I use avocado oil which is way healthier than vegetable oil like corn or canola. Don’t use a whole lot, a little goes a long way.

Kitchen Scale – Can get here
Season pork chops with your favorite seasoning front and back. Cook on a pan 8 mins per side or till browned and fully cooked and throw in onions and cover for another 4-5 minutes.

Season sweet potatoes and Brussels sprouts with oil and seasoning the bake sweet potatoes in oven set timer to 30 mins at 425 f the bake them for 20 mins. After you put Brussels sprouts on top of the sweet potatoes and bake for 10 mins remaining. Then put oven to broil at 500 f for 3-4 mins and move sweet potatoes and Brussels sprouts to the top rack. Take out after time is up and sprinkle a bit of salt on top.

Use scale to measure sweet potatoes about 3.5 oz per tray and then put Brussels sprouts and pork chop in tray with onions and left over juice.

Refrigerate once cooled down.

One of my viewers requested this home workout and here it is! This is a HIIT (high intensity interval training) full body workout. HIIT is great for burning fat and all you need is 10-15 minutes WOW.

Incorporating HIIT in your workout routine 2-3 times a week is ideal no more than that or you’ll burn yourself out.
